  • Standard delivery across the U.S. typically takes 3–10 business days after shipment.

🌍 Domestic Shipping Only

  • At this time, AgentOzo LLC only ships within the United States.

  • We do not offer international shipping.

📍 Shipping Address Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for shipments delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.

📦 Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is marked as shipped and tracking is provided, the customer assumes full responsibility.

  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.

  • If your package is lost or damaged, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
